1. General Information

This website is owned and operated by Brittany D. Washington. All content, including artwork, designs, and images, is protected by copyright laws.

2. Commission Policy

• All commissions require upfront payment before work begins.

• Turnaround time varies depending on complexity and queue. Estimated completion times will be communicated upon order confirmation.

• During the initial stages of the commission process, rough sketches will be provided for approval, allowing for revisions at that stage. However, once the sketches are finalized and approved, no further revisions will be made to the final artwork.

• Commissions are for personal use only unless explicitly agreed upon. Commercial use requires additional licensing fees.

3. Copyright & Usage Rights

• The artist retains full copyright over all artwork created.

• Clients may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or resell commissioned artwork without written permission.

• The artist reserves the right to share completed commissions on social media, portfolio, and promotional materials unless the client requests otherwise before the commission begins.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

• All payments are processed securely through Square 

• Commissions and digital products are non-refundable once work has begun.

• If the artist cannot complete the commission due to unforeseen circumstances, a full or partial refund may be issued.

5. Shipping & Delivery (For Physical Prints & Artwork)

• Physical prints and artwork are shipped via chosen carrier at time of consultation. Processing and shipping times will be provided upon order.

• The artist is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items once they have been shipped. Clients should contact the carrier for any issues.

• Expedited and international shipping may be available at an additional cost.

6. Digital Print Licensing

• Digital prints are for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or modified for commercial purposes.

• The buyer may print the artwork for personal display but may not alter or claim the artwork as their own.

7. Limitation of Liability

• The artist is not liable for third-party services, including payment processing issues, shipping delays, or printing errors from external vendors.

• By purchasing from this site, you agree to use the products for their intended purpose and assume responsibility for their use.

• Any personal information collected during the order process is used solely for transaction and communication purposes.

• The artist does not sell, share, or distribute customer information to third parties.
