Return & Refund Policy

At Sketch+Shade Collection, I take pride in delivering high-quality artwork and prints. Since each order is made to order, all sales are final. However, I want to ensure you have a great experience, so please review the policy below.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of art commissions and made-to-order prints, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your print or artwork arrives damaged, I will work to resolve the issue. Please follow these steps:

Contact me at info@sketchandshade.com within 5 days of delivery.
Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Once verified, I will offer a replacement or store credit (refunds are not available).

3. Lost or Delayed Orders

I am not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. However, if your package is lost in transit, please contact me, and I will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
If an incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout, I am not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.

4. Custom Artwork & Commissions

All commission payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
During the initial stages of the commission, rough sketches will be provided for approval. Revisions can be made at this stage. However, once the sketch is finalized, no further changes will be made, and no refunds will be issued.
If the Artist is unable to complete the commission due to unforeseen circumstances, a full or partial refund may be issued at the Artist’s discretion.

5. Color & Print Variations

Colors may appear slightly different in person than on digital screens due to monitor settings and printing variations. These differences are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns or replacements.
