Shipping Policy + Cost

At Sketch+Shade Collection, I take care in packaging and shipping all orders to ensure they arrive safely. Please review the details below regarding processing times, shipping methods, and policies.

1. Processing Time

  • Each print is made to order, and commissions have their own estimated completion timelines provided at the time of order.

  • Processing times may be extended during holidays, sales, or high-order volumes.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • For standard print orders, all orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, with tracking provided.

  • For commissioned pieces, shipping will be handled through the carrier agreed upon during the consultation process.

  • Estimated delivery times (U.S. Only):

    • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days

    • Expedited Shipping (if available): 1-3 business days

  • International Shipping: Currently, I do not offer international shipping.

  • Once an order has shipped, delivery times may vary based on location and carrier delays.

3. Packaging & Protection

  • Small Prints (5x7, 8x10, 11x14): Shipped flat in a rigid mailer with protective backing.

  • Larger Prints (16x20, 18x24, 24x36): Rolled and shipped in a sturdy cardboard tube to prevent damage.

  • All prints are enclosed in a protective sleeve to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

4. Tracking & Order Updates

  • Tracking details will be sent to the email provided at checkout once the order has shipped.

  • Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments and ensuring the correct shipping address is entered at checkout.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • I am not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed due to carrier issues once they have been shipped.

  • If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or carrier before reaching out.

  • If your package is lost in transit, I will assist in filing a claim with the carrier where applicable.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error will not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

7. Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  • Once verified, I will offer a replacement or store credit (refunds are not available for damaged items).

8. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the made-to-order nature of prints and custom commissions, all sales are final and returns/exchanges are not accepted.
