Shipping Policy + Cost

At Sketch+Shade Collection, I take care in packaging and shipping all orders to ensure they arrive safely. Please review the details below regarding processing times, shipping methods, and policies.
1. Processing Time

Each print is made to order, and commissions have their own estimated completion timelines provided at the time of order.

Processing times may be extended during holidays, sales, or high-order volumes.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

For standard print orders, all orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, with tracking provided.

For commissioned pieces, shipping will be handled through the carrier agreed upon during the consultation process.

Estimated delivery times (U.S. Only):

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days

Expedited Shipping (if available): 1-3 business days

International Shipping: Currently, I do not offer international shipping.

Once an order has shipped, delivery times may vary based on location and carrier delays.
3. Packaging & Protection

Small Prints (5x7, 8x10, 11x14): Shipped flat in a rigid mailer with protective backing.

Larger Prints (16x20, 18x24, 24x36): Rolled and shipped in a sturdy cardboard tube to prevent damage.

All prints are enclosed in a protective sleeve to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
4. Tracking & Order Updates

Tracking details will be sent to the email provided at checkout once the order has shipped.

Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments and ensuring the correct shipping address is entered at checkout.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

I am not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed due to carrier issues once they have been shipped.

If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or carrier before reaching out.

If your package is lost in transit, I will assist in filing a claim with the carrier where applicable.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error will not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
7. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Once verified, I will offer a replacement or store credit (refunds are not available for damaged items).
8. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of prints and custom commissions, all sales are final and returns/exchanges are not accepted.
